Automatischer Rückruf von besetzten Gegenstellen für interne und externe Telefonate



Das nochmalige Anrufen von besetzten Gegenstellen und die Behandlung von Anrufen auf besetzten Apparaten wird durch AND Phone CallBack erheblich vereinfacht und beschleunigt.

AND Phone CallBack verbindet Sie automatisch mit der Nebenstelle, sobald die Nebenstelle wieder verfügbar ist. Zusätzlich stehen noch Dienste bereit um eine Benachrichtigung an die Nebenstelle zu senden oder während eines eigenen Gespräches über weitere ankommende Gespräche informiert zu werden.

AND Phone CallBack bietet die folgenden Dienste:

Abhängig vom Netz der Gegenstelle werden zwei Methoden für den Rückruf angewendet:

1. Besetzte Nebenstellen innerhalb des Firmennetzwerkes werden verbunden sobald die Nebenstelle wieder verfügbar ist (Event getriggert).

2. Besetzte Nebenstellen außerhalb des Firmennetzwerkes werden in periodischen Abständen kontaktiert und sobald die Gegenstelle erreichbar ist, steht das Gespräch zur Verfügung (Zeit getriggert).
