"Push-to-talk" pour les IP phones Cisco



Pour la première fois un service "Push-to-Talk" est disponible pour les environnements CallManager Cisco . L’utilisation de ce service permet de diffuser des annonces ciblées à des groupes de personnes.

C’est le service idéal pour diffuser des informations simplement et rapidement vers un nombre important d’utilisateurs. De plus il peut être utilisé aussi bien pour la communication entre membres d’une équipe que pour diffuser des messages à caratère urgent.


Sa facilité d’administration par interface web vous permet de configurer les utilisateurs et les groupes selon vos besoins spécifiques.

Exploitant la technologie multicast, ce service est destiné à être déployé sur une infrastructure existante sans pénaliser le trafic.

La facilité de l’interface d’administration web permet de :
  • Créer des groupes pour le service "Push-to-Talk"
  • Définir les paramètres des groupes
  • Renommer, effacer ou modifier des groupes
  • Ajouter, retirer des membres des groupes
